Red Patent Skirt + Pink Knit

It’s no secret that red has been my color crush over the last few months (if you need a little reminder check out my last post featuring this color).

This is one of those outfits where I walked out the door and wanted to yell, “Hello world I am here!“.

The thigh-high boots, the obscurely draped teddy coat, the statement red vinyl skirt, or maybe a combination of the three just exuded confidence for me and I felt like a rockstar of sorts wearing this look.

Writing this I’m realizing that red is my power color! Similar to the feeling you get when you wear red lipstick, it’s bold and it’s strong and people notice! Do you guys have a color that makes your feel unstoppable when you wear it?

Pink may not be the first color that comes to mind when wearing red, but I couldn’t be more in love with them together. Not quite sure of this color combination? If you follow me on Instagam Stories you saw that I was in San Francisco last week for work and then Scottsdale to visit my bestie over the weekend! She just moved to Arizona and I loved seeing her new home. We went on a hike that totally kicked my ass and reminded me how dirty the holiday’s did me. It’s officially time to get back to the gym!
