If I had to sum up my typical weekend style this would be it- jeans, a cozy sweater, booties, and an over-sized jacket (and of course sunnies!). I would like to say “the perfect outfit for running errands- like Christmas shopping” but truthfully, all of my holiday shopping has taken place from the couch (and by that I mean there are a lot of items sitting in virtual shopping carts).
Since last year I have been wanting a soft, fluffy over-sized teddy jacket (aka. faux shearling or faux sherpa). I found the perfect black and white reversible one at Urban Outfitters and I couldn’t be happier with it! It’s super warm and feels like I’m wrapped up in my favorite blanket every time I put it on. Perfect for a casual denim look like this or dressed up over a black mini dress and thigh-high boots. It has been utterly freeeezing on my walk to work so I plan on wrapping myself up in this baby all winter long.
